STEP 1: Go to the Account Creation Page
Go to the official Sermo account signup page by going to joinsermo.com/join.
STEP 2: Fill Out Your Details
Fill out your details as seen in the screenshot above. Make sure to also fill out your email and mobile number as well as the country you are currently practicing your profession in.
STEP 3: Verify Either Your Number or Email
You can choose to verify either your number or email address.
STEP 4: Check Your Email for the Verification Code
Check your inbox and take note of the verification code that was sent to you.
STEP 5: Type the Verification Code
Type or paste the verification code that was sent to your email or mobile phone.
STEP 5: Verify Manually
Click “Verify Manually”. Ignore the GMC number as this is for physicians only.
STEP 6: Upload Your IDs
Upload an image of your work ID. If you do not have a work ID, you can send documents that will prove that you are a nurse, like employment contract, license, diploma, certification, etc. Furthermore, you also need to upload a personal ID, you can upload a driver’s license, passport, or if you are an immigrant, you can use your visa.
STEP 7: Application Submitted
That’s it! Your application has now been submitted. Check your email for any updates.
STEP 8: Confirmation of Application
You will then receive an email confirming that your application has been received.
STEP 9: Confirmation of Registration
It takes a day or two, but when your application has been reviewed and accepted you will receive an email similar to the one above confirming your account creation at Sermo. You can now login to your account and start answering medical surveys!
